her 1st runner up is also very beautiful. i think with the right training and gowns they can really do well and better than the ones they sent previously.
Most of these african delegates are quite beautiful but the training just fail them terribly. Lucky for Leila she trained in europe and brazil

Yea me too, I saw videos from previous miss CIV and they had a lot of potential because they are usually naturally beautiful, however their comity did not promote and train them at all. Also miss I saw vids from miss CIV 2005 and she was drop dead gorgeous! I don't know why they never brought her to miss world, cuz I am sure she would have place, even for top 5.
