And then, for that one semester, for sure they'll gonna accumulate understanding about The Philippines and its role or standing in The World.Most importantly, Our Family is not Thirsty or Hungry to Be Famous Fast or To Acquire Money or Material Things too soon. We want to have our nieces and nephews to finish college because it will instill to them the pleasure as well as the dignity of work as a professional person when they get to that point. They will have a strong ground against any temptations around them. They'll know better judgements in their dealings with people and their lives in general. Besides, when you get a college degree for sure you can get to places. I'm here in a cruise ship right now, the first thing I ask from Filipino crews, their level of education. All of them have a degree in college and mostly Hotel and Restaurant Management in different places in Manila and Provices. But because of their jobs, they have been to various countries in Europe, it's because they went to finish college.

As long as she has a Philippine passport she is legally a Filipino citizen hence she can represent the Philippines.
A 100% black person can be a Filipino citizen if she has a Philippine passport.
A 100% white person can be a Filipino citizen if she has a Philippine passport.
A 100% brown person can be a Filipino citizen if she has a Philippine passport.
