TO BE ANNOUNCED IN FEW MORE WEEKS.


HERE'S THE STATEMENT OF CHI HAIRCARE, I QUOTE.


The official FAQs for voting did state that the results MAY be revealed on or about February 7th. The possibility was placed in there however we have elected to postpone the announcement given the high volume of votes and time needed to verify the legitimacy of all the votes to be counted. We want to be certain there is no voting fraud, the correct winner is confirmed and that we confirm with the winner that she will be willing and able to fulfill the title. We appreciate everyone's patience and hope you all will be as excited as we will be to find out who won!

I don't think you should've said that. Look at 2011 when people had to vote for the 16th girl Portugal won and who was the majority going for?
