Miss South Africa 2019 held its grand coronation night on 9th August 2019 at the Sun Arena where sixteen gorgeous finalists competed for the national crown.
At the end of the coronation event, Zozibini was crowned the new beauty queen as she became the official representative of South Africa in Miss Universe 2019

Zozibini beat Puerto Rico's Madison Anderson and Mexico's Sofia Aragon in the final three to take the new Mouawad tiara
In the interview competition, Zozibini Tunzi states:
"I grew up in a world where a woman who looks like me, with my kind of skin and my kind of hair, was never considered to be beautiful.
"I think that it is time that that stops today" (´･ω･`)

I was so excited when i saw the results of this a year ago. It was so nice to see such a smart and beautiful woman win the rightful crown of being known as the Universe's best woman. There were a lot of issues when it came to other nominees but it was nice to see that the best won the crown.
