I literally jaw dropped after watching the grand finals of Miss Universe Thailand. Although it is almost a resemblance of Miss Universe 2018, still they keep it classy, elegant, expensive and lavish I love it. It is also entertaining. They also choose the best winner and also now a strong contender for Miss Universe 2019 crown if not for her decent answers to questions. I just hope she will not be surprised and left dumbfounded if ever she reaches Top 5 and will be asked really difficult questions. I hope she is a quick thinker who has the gift of the gab, proficient and eloquent so she can win it all. Over all I enjoyed miss Universe Thailand more than Binibining Pilipinas what's with the stage and segment format and performances alone it is really

Over all I enjoyed miss Universe Thailand more than Binibining Pilipinas what's with the stage and segment format and performances alone it is really enjoyable resembles last year's Miss Universe yet lots of LED and 3-D mapping. It is almost the level of Miss USA,
Miss France, Miss Switzerland among the other glamorous national pageant finals. I just don't like the questions and their answers were just very simple and modest and also the music is also uninspiring and not appropriate.

I will give credit where credit is due and for MUThailand I have to give it to their stage design and lighting AND THAT'S ALL! But when it comes to music, vibrance, life, creativity, artistry HANDS DOWN to Bb.Pilipinas.
And one more thing, can you imagine they have 60 ladies and only one crown and the winner COULD NOT EVEN WIN or at least penetrate the top 5 or the semis of their respective international pageant. Then another batch of 40-50 ladies competing for another crown say Miss Earth Thailand and the winner COULD NOT EVEN PENETRATE TOP 4. Then another batch of 40-50 ladies vying fort the crown to represent in MGI or MI or Supranational or whatever and as expected the winner COULD NOT EVEN PENETRATE the semis or top 10 or top 5, WHAT A WASTE OF TIME and RESOURCES for what? FOR NOTHING, NO INTERNATIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENT bwahahahahahah BWAHAHAHAHAHAHA all they do is brag about their queens winning blah blah blah

I actually found their questions kinda hard.
I'd be more prepared for questions surrounding current events but their questions were situational and you could go in soooooo many directions.

Definitely neither. Both have questionable communication skills, though Thailand is way better. Thailand is also way taller and will make Philippines look like a midget, but she is way too much of a copycat to bring something new to the table for the MUO.
At this point, Indonesia has the best chances of getting the crown for Asia.

Honestly, I still prefer Binibining Pilipinas over MUT. Simply because you'll feel the excitement and aura of the pageant. And they are using English as language na makakarelate ang mga foreigners. Although I admit, napag iwanan na tayo sa panahon whent it comes to production. But that's the trademark of Bb. Pilipinas, ung pagiging simple and conservative. Add pa natin ang quality ng mga girls natin.
Not blinded by my patriotism, pero mas feel ko na mas festive ang Bb. Pilipinas. Mas excited ang mga nanonood, full of energy. Unlike sa MUT na parang sobrang formal ang mga audience.
And, for me, (for me po ha?) parang walang originality ang MUT ngaun. Halos 90% ay ginaya sa Miss Universe. Good or bad? I dunno. Mas gusto ko pa ung dating editions ng MUT na Thai culture ang nangingibabaw.
Wishlist: sana maimprove ang production ng Bb. Pilipinas. Kahit man lang lighting and camera angles. Kung ndi man sila makapagproduce ng better stage, sana man lang Ung dalawang nabanggit magawan nila ng paraan.
Nakatutok ang buong mundo sa Bb. Pilipinas, kahit pucho pucho ang production. How much more kung mala Miss Universe at VS at prod! Just my cent.
PHILIPPINES is a legit Powerhouse in Beauty Pageant. Haters, deal with it!

At first glance, Thailand wins by a landslide.
But, how can you say it is world class when everything on it is a rip off of Miss Universe?
BB Pilipinas is ASAP/Aliwan level of production. But the girls parading on that cheap stage can annihilate effortlessly all the girls parading on Thailand's grandiose stage.

no brainer... philippines!
production and staging may be modest and 'cheap' to some, but the caliber of candidates is stellar and uber competitive...

Yeah I agree on that... Current and global issues actually. It also helps if they are aware of what is going on in their respective countries.

6 titles at stake, sometimes we can't compare to MUTh 2019 and Bb. Pilipinas 2019 but I will commend MUTh's grand production despite being inspired by Miss Universe 2018.
For those who think that Bb. Pilipinas is "cheap" and "too-ASAPic", I think Bb. Pilipinas mixed the format of their international pageant franchises like the exciting competition format of Miss Universe and "small" stage design of Miss International. Although the camera skill should be improved.

Let's give the production to Thailand, BUT if we base the QUALITY OF THE CONTESTANTS competing (even 20 girls can beat their top 5 haha) and LOUD cheers of the Crowd, no one can beat PHILIPPINES!
