ล่าสุดกลับบ้านไป5 วันเพิ่งกลับมาเมื่อวาน updateบ้านไห้ดูนิดหน่อยนะ แม่ปูหินรอบๆบ้านแล้วจ่ะ ตี5 กว่าๆด็ออกวิ่งกับแม่ ยิมเอาจริงยังไม่ค่อยได้เล่นนะ ช่วงนี้เน้นวิ่ง น้ำหนักลงไป7 กิโลแล้วจร้า..





ช่วงนี้วิ่งทุกวันแต่ตี5 กว่าๆเลยละ ตื่นมารู้สึกเฟรช สุขภาพดีขึ้น สบายไจขึ้นเยอะเลย im now a morning person..
