Some of those girls are amazingly beautiful, they gave a really good run for their money to the winners in their respective years!!

1. EVELINA PAPANTONIOU from GREECE - 2001
- The runaway winner if there's a poll done every decade! She's flawless!! The ultimate winner in her batch!!

2. KURARA CHIBANA (JAPAN) - 2006
- She should have won the crown that year!! Charismatic and lovely!!

3. DANIELA BIANCHI (ITALY) - 1960
- Oh my gosh, she's so unforgettable! The first time I saw her was in the movie From Russia with love and I thought she would make a perfect beauty queen, I never knew it until I found out she already was 3 years earlier!

4. MIRIAM QUIAMBAO (PHILIPPINES) - 1999
- Elegance and Finesse personified!! The ultimate winner in 1999!

5. CAROLINA GOMEZ (COLOMBIA) - 1994
- One of the best Top 2 was in 1994!! If I were a judge I will declare a tie and we could have seen a double Miss Universe in history!!

6. SHANDI FINNESSEY (USA) - 2004
- For me she's the most celebrated Miss USA winner ever, and I think everyone would agree!! She's the all around Miss USA!

7. DEBBIE SHELTON (USA) - 1970
- Her eyes are hypnotic!! She's easily the best Miss USA in her generation!!

8. LINDA GALLAGHER (SCOTLAND) - 1980
- 1980 is one of the best batches for me, and the moment I saw her in evening gown.. I was in cloud nine! Gosh she was so gorgeous!!

9. EVA MARIE DURINGER (AUSTRIA) - 1977
- Can she be the most beautiful blonde ever? She was mesmerizing!!

10. MARIANGEL RUIZ TORREALBA (VENEZUELA) - 2003
- This top 10 is not complete without a Venezuelan beauty queen. Nop it's not Verushka, nor Claudia but yes it's the stunning Mariangel! You may find it an odd choice but for me she's unforgettable!!!
