Yes, Melinda was expected to compete MU and MW both, like past of Miss SA,
But Melinda's personal circumstances made her give up to compete MW,

So 1st runner-up will compete MW. She is pageant veteran.

Maybe Julia Morley hate this situation, but what can we do?
SA was host MW few times, if Julia is upset because of this, maybe SA will never host again and place.
Hope granny Julia don't be upset lol
Julia MUST be understand this situation.
