well, it's Venezuela so i am always confident
these girls will place at the very least. .

Blanca- i am sure she wont miss the cut. . in fact, she could even
win it all. i just hope her predecessor's success wont affect her final
placement coz she really is beautiful. . .

Osmariel- another top 4 for finish for Venezuela. but i hope the translator
wont f**k up this time. with this, she could win it all as well. .

Irene- not a big fan til now, but i think she will place

Gabriella- i actually like her. but Ivian's victory
might negatively affect her. she might miss the cut but i hope not. .

Blanca - RU. Too soon to follow Elizabeth Mosquera.
Irene - missosology. I'm not really a fan of her but I can't deny her strong presence and training. Of course, she from Venezuela but I'm not liking her transformation. Oftentimes, she looks old for her age.

Congratulations! You have a bunch of marvelous ladies. Truly a national pride.

Irene will place in Top 5. A very likely winner. I hope she does great in q & a. She should win it all. My miss Universe 2012.
Gabriella will make it to Top 7. The highest will be 2nd runner up.
Blanca no doubt will zoom her way up to the finals and should win. The most possible winner.
Osmariel will take home one of the elemental crowns.


I have a feeling that Venezuela will be declared Country of the Year, again.

Interesting post. While anything can happen and several different variables may pop up causin' different results, I can tell that the whole Venezuelan batch is strong enough to place high in the four major beauty pageants. Here, my guess, anyhow:


Irene Esser (Miss Venezuela Universe): 1st Runner-Up (To this day she's the second best contestant, just behind Ms. Kosovo, IMHO. Irene resembles Natalie Portman and one of the most gorgeous Miss Venezuelas of all times: Martina Thorogood. Her personality and -probably lack of- quick wit is what makes me wonder).

Gabriella Ferrari (Miss World Venezuela): Semifinalist (Honestly, I don't like her much: she's a Britney Spears' look-alike, and also reminds one of the worst Miss Venezuelas in history: Ana Teresa Oropeza from 1982, but there's no denyin' Gabriella possesses sparkle and is workin' hard for the elusive MW B2B for Venezuela).

Blanca Aljibes (Miss Venezuela to Miss International): Semifinalist (she's my least favorite of the 2011-12 Venezuelan batch, Jessica Barboza shoes probably aren't for Blanca. Best of luck, anyway).

Osmariel Villalobos (Miss Earth Venezuela): Miss Earth Air (1st Runner-Up) to Winner (she's the most likely to succeed of the batch in opinion of several 'missologists'. I think Miss Earth suits her very well).
