La compañera del baloncelista José Juan Barea compartió una foto en su cuenta de Twitter en la que se ve luciendo un bikini azul y blanco mientras conversa con dos caballeros en una sección del negocio Mambo Yambo.

La progenitora de Sebastián José Barea, acompañó la imagen con el comentario: “Muy Feliz en el lugar donde estoy! Ando grabando! Ya mismo les cuento que!”.

La película Runner Runner, protagonizada por Justin Timberlake y Ben Affleck inició su filmación en la mañana de hoy bajo estrictas medidas de seguridad.

Zuleyka plays part in ‘Runner, Runner’

Former Miss Universe Zuleyka Rivera is among the Puerto Rican actors and extras taking part in “Runner, Runner,” a big budget Hollywood film that centers on the world of online gambling.
Rivera, a Salinas native who won the Miss Universe crown in 2006, was among the extras on hand Monday to film a scene at Mambo Jambo, a restaurant and watering hole on the beach in Piñones.

The bikini-clad beauty appears to have gotten back into summer shape quickly after giving birth to a baby boy, her first child, in February. The father is Minnesota Timberwolves player J.J. Barea, who is from Mayagüez.

“Runner, Runner” stars Justin Timberlake and Ben Affleck. The drama, written by “Rounders’” screenwriters Brian Koppelmann and David Levien, takes place in Costa Rica. Leonardo DiCaprio’s production company, Appian Way Productions, is developing “Runner, Runner,” with shooting launched this month in Puerto Rico for a 2013 release.

An anticipated two months of filming in Puerto Rico is expected to pump some $35 million into the island economy.

Rivera wasn’t the only beauty turning heads in Puerto Rico. Photographs of Timberlake’s girlfriend and actress Jessica Biel frolicking at a local beach were quickly spreading around the Internet on Monday

Definitely! Hollywood is such a big thing and a minute of exposure means everything! Viola Davis was nominated for an Oscar with her 8 minute exposure and heart-wrenching performance in "Doubt" !

Bah! I though you knew some inside stuff or something. Zuleyka will only appear briefly in the movie, much less than 8 minutes but at least it's a start. There's some speculation that Zuleyka was contacted by Univision again to restart the telenovela contract plans they had before.

Si bien es cierto que la llegada y estadía de Justin Timberlake en Puerto Rico por la filmación de Runner, Runner despertaron curiosidad entre el público, no es menos cierto que durante el primer día de rodaje, Miss Universe 2006, la boricua Zuleyka Rivera se robó el show en el set.



Las pocas personas que apenas pudieron echar un vistazo al área de filmación en el negocio Mambo Jambo en el área de Piñones (donde se realizó ayer la primera grabación de la cinta) lo único que hablaban era de la presencia de la compañera de José Juan Barea en el lugar. Y es que las extremas medidas de seguridad que allí se tomaron imposibilitaron la visibilidad de los parroquianos que pasaban por el lugar.

La dinámica que se dio en Mambo Jambo, en Piñones, y en sus alrededores durante la filmación de ayer contrastó grandemente con la que se da en Estados Unidos cuando los actores filman en vías públicas y al público se le permite observar detrás de unas vallas.

Ve lo nuevo del mundo del cine

Durante los recesos de grabación, a Zuleyka Rivera se le vio muy conversadora con el actor y músico británico Sam Palladio, quien forma parte del reparto de Runner, Runner, dirigida por Brad Furman.

Actualmente, Palladio integra el elenco de la serie de televisión Nashville. En Runner, Runner encarna el personaje de “Shecky”.

Zuleyka interpretó ayer a una de varias jóvenes que lucían trajes de baño de dos piezas en el set de filmación, donde se recreaba un ambiente de fiesta tropical y relajado, al estilo de un club de alta sociedad.

Cabe destacar que la quinta Miss Universe puertorriqueña luce una silueta envidiable a poco más de cuatro meses de haberse convertido en madre con el alumbramiento de su primogénito, Sebastián José Barea Rivera.

Por su parte, el cantante y bailarín Justin Timberlake literalmente madrugó ayer para cumplir con los horarios establecidos del primer día de filmación de Runner, Runner en el negocio Mambo Jambo, en Piñones. El llamado del equipo técnico y de los extras fue a las 6:00 de la mañana.

Las escenas que el ex integrante de N’ Sync rodó en esta área costera se extendieron hasta la noche. Fue por esta razón que se instalaron varias luces de alto alcance cerca del negocio. Este equipo fue traído directamente de Miami, Florida. Además del camión que identificaba la iluminación, se pudieron observar otros que albergaban diversos materiales.

Algo que llamó la atención fue el pedido que hizo el prometido de la actriz Jessica Biel a la Policía de Puerto Rico para que custodiara celosamente el set de filmación, de manera que la cobertura periodística se realizara a distancia del área de rodaje. Las instrucciones dadas por el artista tornaron el ambiente un poco tenso para la prensa, que trataba de hacer su trabajo.

A tales efectos, decenas de oficiales custodiaron el lugar en labor conjunta con la seguridad de la filmación, identificada con camisetas negras.

La exagerada seguridad se extendió a millas del local, por lo que pudieron apreciarse agentes de la Policía en diversas áreas de la playa que ubica justo detrás del negocio donde se realizó la grabación.

Desde su llegada a la Isla, Timberlake se ha mostrado esquivo.

El filme Runner, Runner estaría dejando cerca de $35 millones en la Isla.

De ahora en adelante, los días de descanso para el joven artista serán prácticamente nulos. Por el momento, las primeras escenas se grabarán sólo con Timberlake, quien recrea los primeros años universitarios de su personaje.

El ganador del Óscar Ben Affleck, su compañero de reparto, llegará a la Isla luego para unirse a la filmación.

La producción ejecutiva de Runner, Runner recae en la compañía productora Apian Way, del cotizado actor Leonardo DiCaprio.

El rodaje de este largometraje continuará hoy, martes, y se extenderá hasta el mes de agosto.
