When will Olesya crown her successor??

Olesya Stefanko was crowned by Anna Poslavska on December 2010..
But now it's June 2012 and Olesya has not crowned Miss Ukraine Universe 2012 yet..
Any news guys??

I guess so because they haven't selected a delegate yet..
