Here we go with the stupid "incorrect format" thing. =O/
I wrote the names of the prefectures in my entry. You did not say "name of region ONLY". :)>-

.

I actually agree with this. Unless you state WRITE REGION ONLY, then that's the only time writing the name of the candidate is invalid.

The "wrong spelling, wrong" rule should only apply to the specific candidate/placement, and should not invalidate the whole entry.

Anyway, I missed this game. =O/

My first victory this season! :!! :!! :!! :!!

Thanks xis for the results but I have to share my thoughts on the rules... If the contestants represent states/regions and you wish to write the name of states/regions only, better not to include the names of contestants in the list to avoid any confusion and conflict. I think you should also be lenient about the wrong spelling issues as long as it still refers to a particular contestant, especially if it's only a typographical error.

BYE!

Okay, regarding the "WRONG SPELLING" I can let that pass.
But the "INCORRECT FORMAT" my decision is firm.

If we had incorrect format for putting the names, then those who put "Mister" in their entries should be disqualified too. Besides, you did not say "ONLY". I think it should have been made clear in the rules since if we'll take the rules as is, putting the names of the candidates shouldn't be an issue @-)

Incorrect format just because I wrote name of the candidates along with state name. You never asked to write state name ONLY. I got Top 3 exactly and could have won.

Yes. It is just like writing an essay in exam, someone made spelling mistake and he is awarded marks but those who wrote extra along with required matter are given 0.

Dear xis, not that I am attacking you or what but I get the concern of the forumers above. I think there has been a confusion with the rules as we did not see any problem writing the name since the rules did not say "ONLY". Same applies with the previous games. Even I, who previously hosted the games, had the same problems as before.

I think you may let it pass just this time and be firm and clear in the future to avoid confusion. Just my two cents . Love you :)>- :-*
