HOW TO POST PICTURES FROM MY COMPUTER?

Please help me I will draw a gown in Paint, and save it to my computer. But how I can post pictures from my computer? I DON'T KNOW HOW, PLEASE HELP ME KNOW

You can upload it on your Facebook or any photo websites. Then just copy the URL, I mean, Right Click, then click Copy URL or Copy Image Location or Copy Location/
