i need help posting avatar. i was able to do so before but now i cant figure it out.

Click USER CONTROL PANEL found at the upper left of your screen.
At the Control Panel you’ll find the following tabs:
Overview
Profile
Board preferences
Private messages
Usergroups
Friends & Foes
Click PROFILE!
Tabs at Profile Panel include:
• Edit profile
• Edit signature
• Edit avatar
• Edit account settings
Click EDIT AVATAR!
You'll find in Avatar Panel the following:
Current image:
Maximum dimensions; width: 300 pixels, height: 300 pixels, file size: 976562.50 KiB.
Delete image
Upload from your machine: [BROWSE]
Upload from a URL:
Enter the URL of the location containing the image. The image will be copied to this site.
Link off-site:
Enter the URL of the location containing the avatar image you wish to link to.
Avatar dimensions:
Specify the width and height of the avatar, leave blank to attempt automatic verification.
px × px
Click BROWSE if you want to upload photos from your computer.
Please ascertain that you have the right image (photo) dimension, i.e. 300 pixels h&w.
Click SUBMIT.
