I think that in the last 2 years, there have been stunning winners -- Manasvi, Nicole, Neha, Kanishta and Hasleen are all stunning, well spoken and crown worthy girls --they just suffered from a combination of bad luck and poor form at their international contests, but as actual reps, I think they were far, far superior to most of the girls who placed or even won

LOL, its funny, even though no names were mentioned, you automatically jumped to the conclusion that he was talking about the undeserved placements of Phillipines in 2011. That only means 1 thing....deep down you urself know that Phillipines did not deserve to place in some of the peagents.

I m happy that Shamcey placed, she was 1 of my favs....but talk about Athena, the fact is that if ME did not have its origins in the Phillipines then Athena would not have even made the semis n u know that this is true.

Talked about jealousy and smelly onions.. Its just a reflection of what they are.. While i do think miss philippines at MU and MW were both deserving. I like both of them alot but how far can they go? They talked as if they have been conquering the whole planet since the era of pageants. The truth is really bitter. They placed high only a few years ago. And have they really done well in pageants that is held outside Philippines and east asian countries?

Sometimes i feel pity for the Philippine beauty queens........there are such HYPES about them at every single pageant you see...whether their contender is beautiful or not they feel that non placement is unacceptable. just amazes me how, HOW can some1 be so self centered and ignorant, no wonder their beauty queens blabber bulshit in the final question-lack of discipline and values in the country itself.
