Which country is better in terms of budget, sponsorships and production value?

I also wonder if there is a world-class venue (e.g. arenas and convention centers) in El Salvador.

The last time El Salvador hosted the Miss Universe pageant was in 1975 when our very own Chiqui Brosas became 4th Runner-up to Finland's Ann Marie Pohtamo, the ultimate winner that year. Back then, El Salvador's economy was still really good; however, it might be an entirely different story this time because of their "not-so-good" GDP economic rate which was at 103rd position in 2022 while the Philippines ranked 37th. I will definitely have some reservations holding the pageant there!

Another advantage of the UAE is its large resident international community. So every MW contestant will find her national community there to support her. Which will multiply MW’s popularity globally. Miss Universe will be getting jelly.

It also looks like this years Miss International is bigger in terms of participation as more than 90 countries has already expressed their interest to participate this year.
Miss Earth is looking to surpass to more than 90 delegates to even passing 100 mark this year. With how the Viernamese organizing commitee hosted last year queen, it looks like this edition will be the biggest in terms of country participation and production. Add to the fact that the hosting of Miss Earth in Vietnam has the backing of the Vietnamese Government.
Miss World is certainly up for a bigger comeback. I hoping to see changes in the final presentation. Just make it more exciting. UAE is known for grandeur, so certainly this edition will not be an exemption.
El Salvador hosting this years Miss Universe edition is also backed by the Salvadoran government and of course JKN's first time to get themself into the production and preparation so I will also expect they will come with a big surprise.
if Miss Supranational or Miss Intercontinental's plan to host their pageants in the Pageant crazy Philippines then they will surely rock the pageant scene with a bang.
This year is exciting and will definitely challenge the minor pageants to step up their game.

However, by now we know that what matters really is if the pageant is funded by the government or at least proper private sponsors. The worst editions of Miss Universe have probably all been in the US, despite the US being the wealthiest country on earth.
El Salvador will be funded by the government, $12M. I think we're in for a great Miss Universe edition.
All in all, we're in for a solid pageant year with these three hosts.

Actually, Japan wants to host Miss International every year! It's the desire of our owner to hold it in Japan every year. That is why, any offer that is less than $1 million for hosting fee alone is being rejected.
Right now, we have 112 applicants trying to get into the 80+ slots available for Miss International 2023.
2024, there is a country that is bidding to raise more than $1 million for hosting fee. 2025, the pageant will return to Japan because of the 2025 OSAKA Expo.

Wow! 112 interested participants. Now the question is what would be the qualifications to get to the lucky 80 or 90 delagates?

Miss Earth 2023 Hosting in Vietnam in Jeopardy?
The Vietnamese host for Miss Earth 2023, Nova Entertainment, a subsidiary of Novaland Group, a property developer is reportedly having financial and corporate difficulties and may not be able to host Miss Earth 2023 according to our sources.
On a previous news, "Novaland, a major developer of housing projects and resorts in the south, said it has been facing unprecedented challenges this year and that some banks have stopped disbursing loans they had agreed to provide while some buyers cannot pay the money they owe.
The company has cut its payroll by half, sold some assets at low prices and has had to stop work on some major projects.
It is now in the process of restructuring and seeks to have its debts rolled over for another two or three years." - VN Express International
We are still hoping for the best with Nova Group and overcome this hurdle and our line is open for clarification and statement.
