Coming from Leyte in Region 8, we have to experience and endure challenges especially with our Unique Weather Condition. Yearly, we are always battered with Calamities such as Storms, Super Typhoons and Earthquake that Made us Strong Always with our Spirit, Mind, Morale, Psychological and Spiritual endowment. Who could imagine that our Region is The most Battered Place on Earth, more than any countries of the world such as Japan. With Usual Occurences of Super Typhoons in All Year Round we are considered as Third Class Municipality in The Country. We have never elevated. The People of Region 8 would always Build their Houses and Infrastructures after a calamity but the next thing you'll know Storms and Super Typhoons would build up again In The Pacific Ocean within our Region's Vicinity that would pass through to us. The worst and strongest Typhoons or Hurricanes in The Whole World rather The Universe that would come to Region 8 several times a year with rainfalls, gusts and winds peaking at 200 miles per hour. However, we couldn't complain because this is mainly the reason why so many People From Samar and Leyte have become so Successful in the Local and International Scene because we've been tested hard. Our Unique Geological and Environmental Conditions would commonly fail us but not our Spirit, Moral or Character. AND WE DESERVE A RIGHTFUL PLACE IN THE WORLD, THE UNIVERSE RATHER.
