Wildcard Voting for non-finalists of Big 5 pageants:
The 2 highest vote getters from each of Big 5 pageants after the final round will automatically advance in the Elimination Round
The remaining shortlisted non-finalists from each of Big 5 pageants will join the runners-up from Miss Intercontinental and Miss G(r)and International for the final 4 slots for the Elimination Round.

Qualifying Round that will be held this January 2023 are composed of:
All the semifinalists including the winners of 70th Miss World, Miss Supranational 2022, Miss Earth 2022, Miss Universe 2022 and Miss International 2022.
Winners of Miss Eco International 2022, Miss Global 2021 & 2022 queens, Miss International Queen 2022, Miss Intercontinental 2022, Reina Hispanoamericana 2022, The Miss Globe 2022, Miss G(r)and International 2022, Miss Tourism International 2022.
Winners from the Wildcard Voting

But there will be a Favorite Winner Voting twist involved all the winners of the selected pageants that will be revealed after Miss Tourism International 2021. The 3 highest scorers will automatically advance to the Ultimate Top 40.

The Selection Committee will evaluate first in the elimination round to determine the next 3 beauties who will automatically advance to the Ultimate Top 40.

Phases of voting:
Qualifying Round (Beauty of Face): 30 highest scorers from both Selection Committee and Fan Voting will advance to the Quarter-finals, next 10 highest scorers will compete in the Repechage Round

Repechage Round: 4 highest vote getters will advance in the Quarter-finals

Quarter-finals (Swimsuit & Evening gown performance): Only 15 beauties will advance in the Semifinals

Semifinals (Personality, Intelligence & Social Media Impact): Only 5 beauties will advance in the two leg finals

Finals (Leg 1-Pageant journey): Final 3 will be revealed

Finals (Leg 2-Overall impression & impact): The beauty who has the highest percentage of combined selection committee votes and fan voting will be proclaimed "Ultimate Fan Favorite" for Season 11

The Miss France inspired scoring system will still be implemented this season.
