MISS EARTH MEXICO HAD A VERY BAD EXPRIENCE
Nina Cleopatra wrote:The Girls did a Swimsuit round and went to change to meet all the Old Filipino men outside. but the ME Organization forzed the girls too change back to the bikinis for the pleasure of the Old Filipino men in the audience. Some where gropped during this activity. She states the Org is pimping the girls for money.

Sorry, it just doesn't add up. I would presume she has reported something this traumatic to her national org like how Eva Patalinjug submitted a written report IMMEDIATELY to BPCI with regards to her grievances with the pageant she joined in 2018.
She didn't talk about it then as it did not seem to fit her narrative: she obviously love the spotlight that pageants bring so her "grievances" have to take a backseat first.
And to talk about it 8 YEARS LATER for what? Just to stay relevant? Sorry not sorry, but you are so busted girl!

Maggie Wilson reveals bad experience during Miss World 2007 competition:
GMA Network: https://www.gmanetwork.com/news/showbiz ... ion/story/
Philippine Entertainment Portal: https://www.pep.ph/lifestyle/23523/upda ... ompetition
The headlines were written in English but not the articles so I have to google translate:
MISS WORLD EXPERIENCE. What happened and was she not happy with Madam Stella?
"Why am I not happy with her? I guess because when I was competing in China, I was physically harassed by our sponsors. They touched my ass, then the other girls, grabbed my boobs! Of course, it wasn't released to the press because it was in the contract I, not, "Maggie revealed.

She added, "They are Chinese sponsors, a big company. I was rude. Oh, I really slapped him, 'no! The one who held me. I said,' Don't touch me! ' I beat him. "
The Miss World pageant wasn't over yet, but Maggie didn't care.
"Duke, I'd rather have my dignity, right? I'd rather have my dignity than agree to be insulted so I can win, right?
"When I called Stella, she told me to finish, she didn't do anything. I wanted to leave, I didn't want to, she just told me to 'Just finish it, you have to finish it.'
"I said ... You know, I didn't do anything. And what happened to him because he didn't do anything to help me or anything. So, I was put off. I finished him [the pageant], but I knew then that I don't want to win, "Maggie said.
Why?
"Because that's it ... Miss World too, they didn't do anything. The organization itself didn't do anything," she snapped.
Isn't he the only candidate with experience then?
"No, 80 percent of the girls, groped!" said Maggie.
"Because when we arrived, it was ten o'clock [in the evening], then the sponsors were drunk. Then what they did, two girls per table, all boys.
"I said, 'I'm not a -prostitute, I'm a beauty queen, I'm the ambassador of my country, this is not how you should treat me.'
"Then of course, it's like I've been really put off being a beauty queen, like, 'You know what, if I have to sell myself to these people, just don't.'"
What did the Chinese do after he was slapped?
"No, of course he surprised me. Then I in-English him, he couldn't understand me. But he saw my sash Philippines," Maggie said.

The girls on their part should immediately report any incidents to their org, if not to higher authorities, to at least mitigate the problem and prevent another occurence, at the very least.
What is truly DISGUSTING is how some individuals and groups are using this issue to target pageant organizations that doesn't suit their fancy.
These incidents exposed a widespread disease in the society which pageantry is only a part of. As Miss International Bea Santiago, who was herself a victim of molestation, said: Sexual harassment is REAL, not just in beauty pageants, but EVERYWHERE!

why she went back? BECAUSE THIS TIME AROUND IT WAS THE MOST PRESTIGIOUS AND TRUSTED ORG HANDLING IT--SHE HAS NO ISSUE BEING IN THE PHILIPPINES JUST THE THE SLEAZY ORG.
