First Misso is more popular than that contest. The fact that you made this open letter in behalf of that contest proves that.
Second I'm sure you guys follow other pageant portals out there that cover that contest that should be enough to quench your glossy and glitz thirst. Misso does not have to follow suit.
Third I think there are much wiser pageant followers right now who does not easily blinded by superficial aspect of a beauty contest.
I'm not telling you what to think I'm just saying just because you like something does not mean others should too.
I believe every points you've written here (except no. 1) are established already. It's pretty clear that no one opposes Missosology's autonomy on choosing what pageants to elevate or not. Talking about the consequences is neither a suggestion nor a threat. It's merely explaining the possible challenges Missosology might face and its totally up to them to decide what their next moves will be.
Agree on your last statement though it would be ideal if fans would just support their chosen pageants and stfu when it comes to the pageants they don't. Org heads such as Nawat should be a prime example of this instead of the opposite. I for example stopped following a pageant when Ibasco won in 2017, spoke my disapproval after the pageant but never mentioned or followed it ever again since then. I mean it's that easy? You don't like a pageant? Don't mention them..easy.
