I have a feeling that Nigeria will ultimately win the Best in Talent unless there is someone who can sing better than her in the succeeding groups. That was a difficult song. I know it was her voice (the live singing proved it) but I think the presentation was lip-synched because of the music-video style--various shots and takes--so it was understandable.

Exactly my thoughts. Why would Nigeria jeopardize their chance at Miss Earth by doing so? It was done because of their music video-ish vibe. The same thing could be said to South Africa as well.

I just watched Miss Nigeria singing an Opera song. Was that a lip-sync? I will be very disappointed with ME Nigeria team if that's a lip-sync. But if it's not, then just give the Best in Talent to her already.

I was thinking that she might be lip synching coz it was so good for me. I think, she deserved the gold medal for this.

Good thing was that Shane put the ladies on the spot by having them sing live briefly. And Nigeria was able to prove that she can really belt out those high notes. What was even more impressive was that she never had formal training from the sounds of it.

South Africa was a revelation too.

Nigeria has the voice. She can harness it further and be a professional singer in her country. She can try it like Buryana, Miss Earth Slovenia 2018. She struggled to carve her name in her county and is slowly but surely making it big. I hope Miss Earth gets her services in their future edition. Better than getting othee international singers.

I missed stating lip synching other's voice but it iwas really her voice. I want the talent competitions to be pre taped in future editions coz it is more enjoyable and some have really spectacular talents. I love Nigeria, Russia, South Africa, India, Sri Lanka, Singapore, Netherlands, Bolivia...

PHILIPPINES - Overproduced at times, but she is so gorgeous.
USA - Has tons of global appeal.
CHILE - Very serene and consistent from what I've seen...

The following caught my eye for the wrong reasons:

THAILAND - Disappointed by this choice. She is average at her best...
VENEZUELA - She has spark, but her face is mediocre and forgettable.

Agree with your choices except for Venezuela. She is naturally beautiful and not over manufactured. I like Venezuela's reps in Miss World and Miss Earth. I am slowly warming up to their rep ib Miss Universe. She seema to be naturally beautiful.

Nigeria and South Africa were indeed sensational in their singing prowess! And they brought so much emotion to it as well; Nigeria was even caught off guard as she dedicated her song to the ongoing anti-police brutality protest in her country. South Africa touched me personally, her smile is so genuine and one could feel that this girl has a good heart.

Agree. Include Instagram. They must be clear about the percentage of Netizen's Votes to avoid disappointments and anger. Maybe 50% judges scores and 50% voting like in Tawag ng Tanghalan of ABS CBN.

I agree, the pre-taped talent videos add entertainment value. However they can still perform it live in future editions as long as they submit taped ones that online viewers can enjoy.

What I like about the virtual edition is the involve of almost all the pageant pages worldwide including GB. Miss Earth virtual edition is very inclusive. From artists, former queens and delegates to pageant fans we all experience to judge this year's delegates. I hope that in 2021 Earth Talk will continue and the talent will still be virtual.

I wonder what will be the theme of Miss Earth 2021? I hope it's fairies.

Yes, it is an original song. Nice melody and Cambodia looks like a moviestar / singer.
New Zealand is an angel. She is so shy but very beautiful. Hope that after Miss Earth, she develops her much needed self confidence.
Bangladesh did a pretty good job too. No Nigeria's diva-ish performance today.
