- MGI's candidates' pictures are glossy and they are glammed versus Miss Earth pictures of the delegates are simple mostly girls are on their natural state
- MGI's pictorials are staged or well-choreographed versus Miss Earth delegates pictures are mostly candid, random, and delegates own selfies of the views/sceneries
- MGI's pictorials on scenic spots seem isolated...looks like they are the only people in every spot. You couldn't see other people in the background but themselves
- Miss Earth pictorials are usually mobbed by people eagerly trying to touch their hands, kiss them or having selfies with them.
If you are an aspiring beauty queen, which pageant would you rather join?
But honestly the two pageants should not be compared...they are of different levels.

Don't be ignorant and stupid. The Philippines was once one of the richest countries in the world in the 70's. The Philippines is a very rich country. Look at the beaches, the agriculture, the rice, the mango, the coconuts, the natural resources. However, Filipinos like to go abroad and work for big companies. The Philippine government is not maximizing their intelligent Filipino people so brilliant engineers, Fashion enthusiasts, doctors, lawyers work for other countries.
If The Philippines will capitalize all its resources, then it will be great again like in the 70's.

Let those cheap fans of them enjoy the rehearsal activities of their pageant. They have time for pictorial bvecause they have nothing to do, kesa mabored sya.
