Nice nice! Thank you bro

I just noticed that the Big 3 pageants (Universe, World and Earth) have something in common, they both divided the delegates according to continents.

I did enjoy watching Miss Universe and Miss Earth.

Miss International although improve a lot is still boring as hell (sorry to the fans of MI).

Miss World is transforming from a cooking show to a game show. LOL

Miss Gwand is transforming from a cooking show to a drama series.

Not interested with other beauty contests.

best presentation for me

Miss Earth, loved the opening number, the fast-paced of the show, the selected finalists, the evening gown and swimsuit presentation and of course the crowning of winners.

Miss Universe, i love the stage design, the long runway and of course the top 3 finalists.

i don't care about the others

I actually enjoyed Miss Globe and Miss Tourism International. Ofcourse you cannot compare them to Miss Universe or ME. Just as the same that you cannot compare an apple to an orange.

I have the same thoughts about Miss World turning to be a gameshow. I will not be surprise if next year they will call out the finalist by saying.. C'mon down Miss Chuvaaaa, you are the next to play. And the candidate will roll down the wheel only to be eliminated.

My thoughts on 2018 BIG 5 WINNERS ...

MISS UNIVERSE 2018 ... PHILIPPINES (CATRIONA GRAY) is the rightful Winner but SOUTH AFRICA (TAMARIND GREEN) is Perfect for 1st Runner Up. MU2018 and ME2018 were the BEST :7 :7 :7

MISS EARTH 2018 ... VIETNAM deserved the Crown. =c3 =c3 =c3 ... Too bad PORTUGAL didn't make it to the Elemental Beauties. :%(( :%(( :%((

MISS INTERNATIONAL 2018 ... its a tough decision, VENEZUELA and PHILIPPINES are the TOP Choice. Personally, I think PHILIPPINES should WIN it. However, VENEZUELA is indeed a GOOD CHOICE. =c3 =c3 =c3

MISS SUPRATIONAL 2018 ... I'm on like ... OKAY ... :-O :-O :-O ... USA, PHILIPPINES, VENEZUELA, INDIA are more deserving than PUERTO RICO. :-O :-O :-O

MISS WORLD 2018 ... "NO COMMENT" ... its like I am watching ... The JULIA MORLEY Cooking Show !!! =O/ =;)) [-X

Overall production, then Miss Universe. But they should not be complacent. Productions in the last years were underwhelming.

It is good to emphasize that Miss Earth has transformed dramatically in the last years. It is really giving Miss Universe a good fight.

Miss International is staying true to its roots. Boring for some but I consider it IDENTITY.

Miss World is of course, serving Game Ka Na Ba? realness. =;)) =;)) =;)) =;)) =;)) =;)) =;)) =;))

Globe, Tourism, Asia Pacific and RH were quite decent for minor pageants.

and for the "3rd Biggest Top Alpha Big3 Pageant in the world"...GARBAGE. You can never hide the stench of cheapness and fraudulence.

Miss Universe - the main theme this year is female empowerment, reflected in the all female set of judges down to the Top 20 speech of the girls about themselves and their personal advocacy in their country. But the best highlight for me is the tribute to Angela Ponce. That for me is what Miss Universe is doing very well, acknowledgement of the marginalized members of the society and celebration of diversity. Also, has one of the best Top 5 finalists in years.

Miss Earth - things are just keep getting better for this environmentally themed pageant, from the opening number / introduction, to the energy James Deakin brings to the table, to the hashtag round and the coronation of the Elemental Court. The victory of Miss Vietnam is a fresh change that the organization needed.

Miss International - is Miss International. The same banana that we see all these years. Although I must admit, I sense a bit of energy in the pageant this year, I can't quite put my finger into it.

Miss World - I only seen some bits in Youtube. . . . . . . . :zzz :zzz :zzz :zzz :zzz :zzz :zzz :zzz :zzz :zzz

The rest , I'm too indifferent to care.

Oh, and for that gutter level pageant too cheap & tacky to mention, thanks for not crowning that gorgeous Indian queen, she deserves better, like Miss Universe.
And the winner? She's pretty . . . . . . . bitchy & lacks class to be a queen. That fainting spell drama? Not buying it. Beeeyotch , please, not me. =; =; =;

RANKING THE PAGEANTS:

1. MISS UNIVERSE

WITHOUT A DOUBT, IN TERMS OF PRODUCTION, ACTIVITIES, AND TELECAST. THE STAGE IS HUGE WITH THE X CATWALK AND LED BACKDROP. VERY HAPPY THEY ADDED THAI ELEMENTS IN THE STAGE - FROM THE THAI DANCERS AND DRUMMERS, TO THE CAPE DURING SWIMSUIT, TO THE TOWERS DURING THE EVENING GOWN. THOUGH I AGREE WITH MOST THE LED BACKDROP IS COLD AND STILL WANT THE 2005 AND 1992 STAGE. HOPEFULLY NEXT YEAR THEY WILL ADD THAT ELEMENT.

INITIALLY, DID NOT LIKE THE TOP 20 SPEECH - FEELS TOO LONG AND CAN BE REHEARSED. BUT IN THE END I LIKED IT - IT SHOWED WHO ARE THE FAKES AND WHITTLE THEM OUT ASAP.

2. MISS EARTH

MISS EARTH IS DEFINITELY CATCHING ON IN TERMS OF PRODUCTION. THE STAGE IS STUNNING - AN ETHEREAL GARDEN WITH LED MONITOR AS THE TREE AND RECYCLED MATERIALS FOR THE GRASSES AND TRUNK. UNLIKE MISS UNIVERSE, THEY DID NOT HEAVILY RELY ON LED BACKDROP, GIVING THE MISS EARTH STAGE MORE TEXTURE, MORE CONTRAST.

I LOVED THE 18-12-8-4 FORMAT AND HOPE THEY WILL CONTINUE THIS FORMAT NEXT YEAR. AND EVER SINCE 2017 WHEN THE DELEGATE IS CALLED OUT THEY ARE BEING SCORED ASAP IS VERY UNIQUE AND GIVING MISS EARTH AN IDENTITY IN TERMS OF THE COMPETITION WHEREIN MOST PAGEANTS WOULD COPY THE MISS UNIVERSE FORMAT.

3. MISS INTERNATIONAL

MISS INTERNATIONAL IS TRUE TO IT'S TRADITION. A SIMPLE STAGE, SIMPLE VIDEO BACKDROP. IT IS REALLY LONG. REALLY QUIET. BUT THEN AGAIN AT LEAST WE KNOW HOW THE TOP 15 ARE CHOSEN AS ALL DELEGATES COMPETE IN SWIMSUIT AND EVENING GOWN AT THE FINALS NIGHT.

AND IN A PAGEANT WHEREIN AFRICAN COUNTRIES ARE BEING IGNORED. VERY HAPPY THAT 2 AFRICAN DELEGATES MADE THE TOP 15. SHOWS THAT THE JAPANESE JUDGES ARE NOW OPENING UP THEIR VIEW ON BEAUTY.

4. MISS WORLD

I DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE TRYING TO DO. THE STAGE IS DEFINITELY GAME SHOW SET UP. WHAT HAPPENED TO THE CHINESE PERFORMERS DURING THE OPENING? THE OUTFIT DURING THE OPENING NUMBER ARE VERY TACKY.

THE FORMAT FROM 2011 TO 2016, FOR ME, HAVE BEEN THE BETTER EDITION - I CANNOT SAY BEST AS IT IS STILL QUESTIONABLE HOW THEY PICK THE SEMI FINALIST. MISS WORLD NEEDS TO RETHINK HOW THEY STAGE THE FINALS NIGHT.

AS OF THE REST, THEY ARE WAY BELOW PAR WHEN IT IS BEING COMPARED TO THE TOP 4 MAJOR PAGEANTS.

There’s no doubt that Miss Universe and Miss Earth lived up to the expectations this year.

Call me biased but Miss Earth for me had the best overall show this year.

Miss Earth - The stage, which was made up of 80% recyclable materials, was one for the books. There was awesome play of colors. James Deakin was a very engaging host. Loved Brian McKnight’s performance with the four outgoing Queens. The show itself was fast paced with no boring moments. It kept the level of excitement up. The top 18 were all deserving and the competition was fierce until the very end. And of course, it produced a gorgeous and refreshing winner.

Miss Universe - Loved the long runway but there was too much dependence on LED screens in the background. And it’s time to find another host. And don’t get me started on how petty Carson and Lu appeared to be. They tried so hard to ignore Catriona despite her excellent performance. The show dragged for me. I started to get sleepy up until the 10 Finalists were announced. That’s when the excitement begun and it was almost the 3rd hour. The top 20 was fine but it got much better when the number got cut into half. Then the competition got fierce and a very deserving and gorgeous woman won.

Miss Universe - I like the opening video leading to the opening of the show with the Thai performers before Ne-Yo's performance. It gives so much excitement, that it makes you look forward to what the show will offer as it progresses. To be honest almost everything about the show is perfect except for Steve Harvey.

IMG needs to invest on a more visually good looking hosts than Harvey, Sierra and Kressley. Steve Harvey is not even as energetic as he was when he started the show in 2015.

I agree the show is all about women empowerment. From the all women judges to highlighting Angela Ponce's story to the runway stage.

I also like that they have kept the Thai spirit in the show by having Thai performers in the opening, the backdrops from the LED and of course the cape on the swimsuit round which if my memory serves me right was designed by the Thai princess. This is something they were not able to capitalize on they show they had in another Asian soil in 2016.

I also like the speeches this year. It gives viewers an insight on how the girls talk and think. Hope they continue that. Overall hands down to Miss Universe show this year.

Miss World - This years pageant activities is more exciting compared to the last 2 years of these pageant. I love how the head-to-head challenge was presented. I just don't like how winners were chosen to move to the next round by online voting. This give countries with less population and countries that are not too tech savvy with low votes. I like Miss Philippines but I think there are other countries in her group that stood out and performed better than her. I feel like countries like Ecuador, Hong Kong, Haiti and so many others should have moved to the next round but then again voting results matter.

I also love how the girls are presented on the opening videos by continents.

I also like the dances of the world segment except the girls holding the flags. :-O :-O

What I didn't like is the opening dance. The 2014 opening is much better where all the girls are parading through an energetic song and goes right after to the dances of the world segment.

The opening dance this year and last year is too much for a pageant, doesn't look classy but more to a variety TV type. When the girls came out on their casual/running shoes/sneakers/athletic shoes or how you may refer to it in your countries is a total disappointment!. =O/ =O/ =O/

The choreography by Donna Darby is too tacky. Miss World needs to understand that not all girls can dance hip-hop. I don't even know if its hip-hop but the hell I care. A few hand and leg movement is enough. This tacky dance step made the girls move unevenly and it's very evident on the camera. And a major UGHHHHH on the hosts dancing on the opening trying to be cool!!!!! %-( %-( ~X( ~X(

Although we don't understand how the girls were selected on the finals, I think Mexico is a hands down winner from the beginning like Philippines for Miss Universe

Miss Earth - The opening is superb! The dance to the introduction to the music. Everything is well thought of.

I also like that they did not heavily relied on the LED and the ornaments on the stage has definitely given the life a pageant stage needs.

I would have wanted a different segment for the announcing of the finalist and the evening gown segment. combining the two just doesn't suit my taste. We are not able to capture natural and genuine reactions from the girls as soon as they are selected because they are all pre-condition to stay and act classy as they are rated for beauty and poise. Anyway others like it.

I also like how the previous winners are valued by having their own final walk. I like Karen. She is very classy in all ways. Karen Ibasco, Catriona Gray and Ahtisa Manalo are the best beauty queens that the Philippines offered the world stage this year.

Once thing Miss Earth should polish is the crowning moment. They should have given the first runner up her share of limelight and crowning moment on TV before crowning the winner. I was thinking it could have been better if they have brought Phoung Khan at the backstage and call her again by "Let us again welcome the Miss Earth 2018. Miss Vietnaaaam!!! before crowning her. that could have been epic!

Miss International - The opening could have been better if they had used a better cloth on the opening. The girls standing at the back is very evident on TV. Have you also captured the guy pulling the cloth out of the stage. That's just ridiculous.

I also don't like the long production piece of the kids. Although they are good but the long 15 minute performance is just too much.

What I don't understand is that they had a pre-pageant for the swimsuit round and they again added another swimsuit competition in the finals. Makes me think if the scores of the pre-pageant activity were disregarded. If they have eliminated the swimsuit round for all the girls in the finals and just made the top 15 paraded, then they have not dragged their audience to a staggering 4 hours pageant.

Nevertheless the pageant has given me the excitement specially when announcing the winners.

I like that this pageant is trying to evolve and still keep their identity and uniqueness from other pageants.

I also agree that Venezuela and the Philippines are the only two worthy for the crown.

Miss Supranational - I like that the show has given the girls their own spotlight, their own time to shine. The hosts looks pleasing to the eyes. I guess I like the opening last year compared to this year.

One thing I have noticed is that they have referred the pageant now as Miss SUPERnational although spelled as supra and was referred as Supra for the last nine years of its existence.

They have created a really exciting show but I think Miss United States should have won.

Overall its is a well crafted show.

Miss Gwand International - I like the opening video that showcases the beauty of Myanmar to the world. The music is exciting too but the moment it changes to the live show everything went downhill.

Maria Jose's opening dance suit is too much. It looks more of something a showgirl would wear in a brothel.

This pageant need to find ways to do how the girls would present themselves in the opening. Everything is too amateurish and does not fit for an international event. Now that Miss Universe has eliminated this on their opening, I wonder how this pageant will do it by next year.

I don't know anything about technical but the stage looks really dark and small on TV.

I don't want to comment anymore on the fainting as a respect to the girl. Whether true or not I want to give it to her.

Maria Jose is a very well spoken girl better than the previous queens they had so I expect more of Clara this year.

Miss Globe - This pageant is promising. I like the opening video. This pageant has done a very unique way of presenting a pageant.

They now have Q&A segment.

I just hope they can get really good interpreters. You guys need to see this pageant. It is I must say impressive.

Miss Tourism Queen International - This is another pageant that needs a lot of recalibration amongst its team members. They could have a separate event to award those sponsor awards.

They could have chosen a more energetic song for the opening considering that the girls are wearing their national costumes. I also so do not like that the owner of the pageant is in very awarding ceremony. He had the most exposure than all of the girls.

I also hope they have included a taste of Malaysian culture on the finals. This was not seen on the stage and the whole show other than presenting the all Malaysian judges.

now good points. You can clearly see how they choose their winner. Just like Miss International, all the girls paraded and were scored on their runway and presentation skills.

The sash is very unique and pleasing to the eyes. The stage is decent for an international event. The venue is perfect too.

The three host were incredible. You guys have to see this pageant to appreciate it. Then again you cannot compare this Miss Universe. Miss Universe, MW ME MI and MS is on a different league.

This pageant will surely evolve and we will soon witness a breathtaking show in the years to come.

Miss Asia Pacific International - Another amazing show. simple yet elegant. I like that they really tried to reinvent. the show is definitely much better than their last 2 years after its re-staging.

This is the most decent and well organized show next to Miss Universe. Everything is in order all the way to the crowning moment. Although it's really obvious that Sharifa's answer are all rehearsed. Nevertheless she was able to match her perfectly rehearsed answer to the final question hence she won.

How I wish they have added something on the stage design and included some Filipino culture on the show. Nevertheless, the show is great and entertaining.

Reina HispanoAmericana - the show has lived up to the Latin expectation of its viewer. Teresita is a superb winner. I like her in the opening.

I just don't like that the girls paraded in their evening gowns through the song "Opps I did it again" by Britney Spears. Yes this is indeed the song on the EG segment of the show. They could have serenaded the girls with some Latin Mariachi or accompaniment of a Symphony Orchestra.

Anyways the winner is so beautiful and overall the pageant is entertaining.

For me only Miss Universe and Miss Earth are worth pageant to watch from beginning to end.

MISS UNIVERSE
It is my first to follow this pageant everyday from the first day Catriona set foot in Thailand until her coronation which I only do in Miss Earth. In terms of production, no one can beat the number one pageant in the world. But this year, for me Miss Universe is only second from Miss Earth in terms of production. I felt bored on the first half of the show until the announcing of top ten which the tension and excitement is really high.

The Host - Steve Harvey should be replaced now, I want to move on on that 2015 joke of him already annoying and not funny at all.
The Side Host - can we just replaced that black woman who talks like a pissed professor and that old gay guy?
The judges - I like all the judges except on that Singson girl
The Stage - I love the new stage especially during preliminary, you can really able to see who are the best in catwalk
The Intro - Nothing really exciting, I like the previous format
The winners - It is the best set of top 5 in Miss Universe history, all of them are worthy to be in top 3

MISS EARTH
I don' want to be bias but from the introduction up to the coronation it is really exciting. I hope they should retain the 18-12-8-4 format and the farewell walk of all 4 queens. Although we love to see the reaction of every girl everytime their country is called for the next round, but this format differentiate from other pageants.

The Host - I don't like how Deakins announce the name of the country. It is like in a boxing match but he is very engaging to the audience.
The Stage - it lives up to its advocacy for using recycled materials that looks good in TV. You cannot really tell that 80% of that was recycled materials
The judges - Everytime majority of Filipinos sit as a judge Filipino delegate do not win (like in 2013 when Miss Philippines answer the best in QnA but did not advance in top 4)
The intro - all the delegates were happy and enjoying in this round
The winners - I almost have a heart attack when Austria and Vietnam left for top 2, I was really praying hard it would be Vietnam

The only thing I want to change is the hashtag round. Bring back the old format which they will have their opinion on the picture or video shown to them for top 8 QnA

MISS WORLD
Semifinalists - majority of them are facially weak
Over-all production is snoozefest, the only segment I like in this pageant is Dances of the world

MISS INTERNATIONAL
Although the production improves compare to the previous years but like Miss World it is still boring. Why do they need to extend it up to more than 4 hours.

Other pageants, I only wait the news who wins. Not really worth to follow but still fun because we have many pageants that prove our Queens is still ahead compare to our bitter neighbors. Lol!

THE BEST THIS YEAR IN TERMS OF OVERALL PACKAGE IS MISS EARTH. IS THE ONLY ONE THAT CAUGHT MY ATTENTION TO THE FIRST TILL THE END AND I WASN'T. NEVER BORED ALL THE ENTIRE COMPETITION. IF ONLY THE CAMERA AND THE HOST WORK BETTER!

MISS UNIVERSE CAME 2nd THIS YEAR. TILL THE PRELIMINARY I WAS ENTHUSIASTIC. GREAT HOST COUNTRY, GREAT PREPAGEANT ACTIVITIES, GREAT EXCITEMENT.
THE STAGE WAS WOW WOW WOW, SO BEAUTIFUL WITH THIS LONG RUNWAY, SO VICTORIA SECRET. ALSO THE LED IN THE PRELIMINARY WAS PERFECT.
BUT THE FINAL NIGHT WAS A TOTAL DISASTER.
1) STEVE HARVEY: I HATE HIM, I'M SO BORED TO LISTEN ALWAYS WHAT HAPPENED IN 2015. I HATE HIS VOICE AND THE WAY HE CONDUCE THE NIGHT.
2) LU SIERRA: THE WITCH. I WANT SHANDI AND SUSIE TO BE THE BACKSTAGE HOST
3) THE OPENING: BORING! I WANT TO SEE THE GIRLS LIVE PRESENTING THEMSELF
4) 2,5 HOURS ONLY TO KNOW WHO ARE THE TOP20?! SERIOUSLY? BORING
5) IT S TIME TO END THIS CONTINENTAL FORMAT
6) TOO MUCH SPEECHES: IF YOU WANT A TOP 20 IN A STATEMENT COMPETITIONS, YOU CAN'T INTERVIEW THEM ALSO BEFORE, DURING THE ANNOUNCEMENT. IT'S FUCKYNG ANNOYNG. WE WEANNA SEE THE GIRLS ON RUNWAY. A TOP20 IN SWIMSUIT IT COULD BE MORE BETTER. INTERVIEW DURING THE TOP20, STATEMENT COMPETITION, VIDEO AFTER THE TOP 10 ANNOUNCEMENT, TO5 Q&A, TOP3 FINAL WORD: A TOTAL OF 5 ROUND OF SPEECH IS TOO MUCH
7) I HATE THIS POLITICALLY CORRECT! THE "SELECTION COMMITTE" AHAHAHAHHAHAAH ONLY FEMALE JUDGES? 50 AND 50 IS THE BEST WAY
8) TOO MUCH COMMERCIAL BREAK. IT'S VARY EXHAUSTING
SINCE THE SWIMSUIT COMPETITION THE PAGEANT START AND WAS AMAZING, BUT BEFORE IS A BIG NO

THE OTHER SO CALLED BIG5 ARE ANNOYING TO THE DEATH, I DON'T WASTE MY TIME TO SPEAK ABOUT THEM

the only good thing about mgi are:

1. the winner fake fainting act. all she needs is a coffin and she's ready to go six feet under
2. preliminary evening gown with buffet table and waiters who don't give a damn at the background.
"In pageant world full of Megan Young and Pia Wurtzbach, all we need is a Dayana Mendoza."
