I had no idea this pageant existed! Congratulations to France, nice to know our country has won.

This pageant is held on and off. It was held in Dubai in 2004 but stopped being held until last year when Miss Egypt Sara El-Khouly had won it before competing in Miss Universe. Congrats France, beautiful winner!!
