YOU ARE WELCOME MY DEAR. I'M NOT GIVING UP ON HER TOO. THERE'S HOPE AND SHE GOT PLENTY OF TIME...I'VE BEEN GOING TO THE GYM TOO IN THE LAST 3 MONTHS 3-X A WEEK BURNING ABOUT 600-800 CAL/FAT ANS SOME THOUGHT I'M GAINING WEIGHT TOO BUT THE GUY AT GYM SAYS I STARTED BUILDING UP MUSCLES.
MUSCLES IS DENSER THAN FAT, WHEN MOST PEOPLE SAY MUSCLE IS HEAVIER THAN FAT ,THEY'RE REALLY TALKING ABOUT DENSITY.
HOPEFULLY WE'LL NOTICE A BIG CHANGE ON HER IN THE NEXT FEW MONTHS.... ALL THEY NEED IS PATIENCE... IT'S A VIRTUE APPARENTLY SOME NEED TO WORK ON IT BY MODIFYING THEIR BEHAVIOR.
