Miss Earth or Miss International?

The choices are Miss Earth and Miss International not Miss Universe and World.

Miss Universe usually focuses mainly on facial beauty recently just like in 2002-2005. I don't get 2006 ( the catwalk is fierce and the gown is stunning and captivating) but facial beauty? Japan, Mexico and Switzerland are miles better when it comes to facial beauty , 2007 (the flowy gown is so refreshing to look at especially in motion) but facial beauty? Korea (best Korean delegate so far), Angola(oozing with sex appeal), Venezuela (an upgrade after last year's disaster), and 2009 although Stefania's transformation is like an ugly duckling turned to a very beautiful swan but if we based the winner on that night alone, Dominican Republic or Kosovo wins ... Miss World crowns girls who are kind-hearted, sweet, demure, and reserved girls just like in 2009 Kaiane and 2010 Alexandria. For me Miss World usually crowns the wrong girls!Remember 2005? Iceland is beautiful but the gown is disastorus! Mexico or Puerto deserves the crown better than her! In 2009, Mexico is a run-away winner! No competition at all! Kaiane? BIGGEST MISTAKE ever!!! I don't see any transformation from her or any extraordinary feature... 2010? Are they serious? Botswana or Venezuela could have been an amazing winner... This is just my opinion...

While Miss International is still the same old boring competition since 1960.

Yes, many stunners, who failed to make semis in Miss Earth 2011 went to Miss Exclusive of the World in Turkey and placed: Miss Mexico Cassandra won pageant and Miss Czech Republic Sarca placed 2 runner up
Lots of Miss Universe and Miss Earth ex delegates joins this pageant, cause it is much more fair than Miss Earth
Just enough to compare the winners, goddes Cassandra and that Olga Alava

Miss Earth. It has a credible and worthy cause. Although there are many aspects that need to be improved these are outweighed by the pageant's drive to save the environment. Miss International has its long running history to be proud of other than that not much else.

Miss Earth, of course... but here in the Philippines, Miss International is by far more popular than Miss Earth... a proof to that was comparing the reception of the Filipino people when Precious Lara Quigaman and Karla Henry won in their respective pageants..

Well here in DR, we prefer MI or ME.
We always make fun of the ME winners and the contest in Dominican Republic because of the ugly winners.
While in Miss International we've had better delegates then in ME and the contest and director is more organized and prepared then the one who owns ME for Dominican Republic.

But in my opinion I think ME is going on the correct path of being a great pageant, they just need to stop the favoritism with Filipino contestants.

MISS EARTH IS THE BABY AMONG THE BIG 4 BUT IF ONE IS TO BE OBJECTIVE, THEY WOULD REALLY ADMIRE THE SUCCESS OF MISS EARTH. IT HAS ALREADY OVERTAKEN MISS INTERNATIONAL. GIVE MISS EARTH 10 OR 20 MORE YEARS.. I BET, THIS WILL BECOME THE MOST PRESTIGIOUS OF THEM ALL, PROVIDED THEY STOP PLACING UNWORTHY FILIPINAS.

Miss Earth 2002- The Goddess One... She reminds me of Miss Universe 2002 Oxana Fedorova... Her beauty is effortless and luxurious... Both won their coveted titles in the same year... but sadly, they were dethroned for the same reason "for not fulfilling their duties".
